Do you want to learn how to stand on your hands? Become more aware of your body, flexibility and strength? Join our workshop!

In these handstand classes, you’ll build a solid foundation step by step—whether you’re a beginner or already have some experience.
We focus on strength, mobility and technique to develop a straight handstand line. From there, we’ll explore different shapes and, for those interested, even one-arm variations.
Each class is followed by one hour of optional free training, giving you space to practice, explore movement and even dive into partnering work.

Open to teenagers and adults ready to turn upside down and discover their body in a new way.
